Shoei GT-Air II Notch Full Face Helmet
Shoei GT-Air II Notch Full Face Helmet
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
With the innovative and highly-acclaimed GT-Air as a baseline, the all-new GT-Air II was destined for greatness from the very start. Advancements in design, functionality and performance have further evolved SHOEI's premiere full-face touring helmet, yielding even easier adaptation to the ever-changing conditions throughout your journeys.
Featuring a lengthened internal sun shield for optimal sun-glare protection, all-new "first position" shield opening for advanced ventilation and defogging, enhanced aerodynamics and noise-reduction technology, and the ability to seamlessly integrate with the all-new SENA SRL2 Communication System, the GT-Air II is equipped to accommodate your every need.
Why riders pick the Shoei GT-Air II Notch
The Notch is a graphic finish on the standard Shoei GT-Air II shell, so you get exactly the same shell construction, ventilation, interior and safety certification as the solid colours — only the paint changes. It is built for touring and commuting, especially in mixed light, and every colorway in this listing shares the same CNS-1 shield and replacement parts.

Fit & Sizing
Shoei runs true to size in an intermediate-oval shape. Measure the widest part of your head about an inch above your eyebrows and match it to our helmet sizing charts. A new helmet should feel firm — the liner breaks in roughly 15–20% over the first few rides, so if you are between sizes, size down. If the shell fits but the cheeks feel loose, a thicker cheek pad set is a far cheaper fix than a new helmet; see our cheek pad and liner guide. New to helmet buying? Start with our helmet buying guide.
Shields, Pinlock® & Replacement Parts
The GT-Air II uses the CNS-1 shield — it is not interchangeable with other Shoei shield families, so check the model before you order. Clear, tinted, mirrored and photochromic options are listed in our Shoei shield and Pinlock guide, and anti-fog inserts are in Pinlock anti-fog inserts. Cheek pads, comfort liners, base plates, breath guards and chin curtains are in helmet parts.
Bluetooth & Communication
This helmet is set up for the Sena SRL2. Universal Sena and Cardo systems fit as well. We install communication systems in-house before we ship — order the helmet with the headset already fitted, wired and tested through our Shoei headset installation service.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size Shoei GT-Air II should I order?
Measure the widest part of your head about an inch above the eyebrows and compare it to our sizing charts. Shoei runs true to size in an intermediate-oval shape. If you fall between sizes, size down — the liner breaks in 15–20%.
Is the Notch graphic different from the solid-colour GT-Air II?
No — only the paint. The shell, EPS liner, ventilation, interior, shield and certification are identical to the solid-colour GT-Air II. Graphic finishes are priced slightly higher because of the extra paint process.
Does the GT-Air II have a built-in sun visor?
Yes — a QSV-2 drop-down internal sun shield operated by a slider on the left of the shell, so you can ride into changing light without swapping shields or carrying sunglasses.
Is the Shoei GT-Air II DOT or Snell certified?
This model is certified to: DOT FMVSS No. 218.
Which shield fits the GT-Air II?
The CNS-1. Shoei shields are model-specific, so a shield from another Shoei family will not fit. See the Shoei shield guide or call us with your model and we will confirm the right one.
Can I install Bluetooth in the GT-Air II?
Yes. It is set up for the Sena SRL2, and universal Sena and Cardo systems also fit. We can install and test the system before the helmet ships.
How long does a Shoei helmet last?
Shoei recommends replacing a helmet about five years from first use or seven years from the manufacture date, and immediately after any impact — the EPS liner crushes once and does not recover.
