The Shoei Neotec 3 is Shoei's flagship modular helmet: a flip-up chin bar lets it work as an open-face (jet) helmet at a stop and a full-face helmet on the move, and it's designed to operate easily even with winter gloves.

About the Sena SRL3
The Sena SRL3 is a Shoei-specific communication system that installs inside the helmet through the SHOEI Comlink system, so there are no clamps or external units on the shell. Its speakers and microphone were developed with Harman Kardon, and it runs Sena's Mesh Intercom 3.0.

Yes. Every Shoei Neotec 3 Graphics + Sena SRL3 ships with the Sena SRL3 installed in the helmet by The Helmet Shop. We also fully charge the headset and test the speakers, microphone, controls and Bluetooth connection before it leaves our shop, so it's ready to ride out of the box.
If I order two helmets, will the headsets talk to each other?
Yes. When two helmet-and-headset combos are ordered together, we pair the two headsets to each other (Mesh Intercom) before shipping. Power them on and you can talk to your passenger or riding partner right away – no manuals or pairing steps needed.
Does the Sena SRL3 fit the Neotec 3?
Yes. The Sena SRL3 is designed for Shoei's Gen 3 helmets – the Neotec 3, GT-Air 3 and J-Cruise 3 – and integrates through the SHOEI Comlink system with no externally mounted unit. It does not fit older helmets such as the Neotec 2 or GT-Air 2.
How many riders can the Sena SRL3 connect to?
Up to 24 riders in Group Mesh, a virtually unlimited number in Open Mesh (6 channels), or up to 4 riders over standard Bluetooth intercom.
How long does the Sena SRL3 battery last?
Sena rates the SRL3 at up to 10 hours of Mesh intercom talk time and 12 hours of Bluetooth intercom talk time, with a 2.5-hour charge time.
Can the Sena SRL3 talk to other Sena headsets?
Yes. The SRL3 runs Mesh Intercom 3.0, which is backward compatible with Sena Mesh 2.0 products, and it can also connect to other headsets over standard Bluetooth intercom.
What sizes are available?
This combo is offered in XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. Shoei helmets fit true to head circumference – measure around your head just above the eyebrows and choose the matching size from Shoei's size chart. Contact The Helmet Shop if you're between sizes.
Can I buy the helmet and headset separately?
Yes, but the combo saves you the installation work: The Helmet Shop installs the Sena SRL3, routes the speakers and microphone, charges the battery and tests everything, and pairs two-helmet orders together.
Is the warranty affected by installation?
No. You receive a genuine Shoei helmet and a genuine Sena headset, each covered by its manufacturer's warranty. The Sena SRL3 carries a 3-year Sena warranty.
